Functionality of the Feed SystemThe feed system operates by allowing the products to be randomly fed into an orienting tray. The tablets are oriented in an upright position through the tray movement and introduced into individual fill tubes. Two motors are driving pins alternately into the tubes, always releasing a single product via a drop chute into the blister cavity. All product contact parts are made with FDA approved
materials and are easy to clean.
