Universal Brush Box Feeder

The brush feeder is suitable for dust-free, wear-resistant round shaped products and is attached to the feeding system like a format.

The brush box consists of a filling module and 5 stations for brush modules or planetary agitators. The filling module is firmly attached to the brush box, the individual stations can be interchanged. Theoretically, each module station can be equipped with a planetary agitator; the determining factors are the products to be filled and the requirements of the customer.

Each of the stations is driven individually, controlled by the Sypro® Dual 200 feeding system. All settings are made via the user interface of the feeder.

The brush modules can be equipped with a wide variety of different brushes. The speed and the brush type are stored under the recipe name for each brush module. A sensor in front of each brush monitors the fill level. If the fill level rises, the speed of the brush of the previous module increases. This means the brush feeder is self-regulating.
