Sypro® Custom Designed Format Parts
The format parts are the product-specific parts of the Sypro® feeder. Each format part is custom designed specifically for the product and the blister layout. The design can be laid out for mono-blister or multi-phase blister.

The products are transported into the Sypro® format tray via a feed chute; a proximity switch monitors the filling level in the tray and controls the feed chute. By lifting movements of the tray, the products are oriented in an upright position and fall into the filling tubes. Silicone pins, which enter the tubes, separate the products. The separated products then slide through the channels of the fill shoe into the blister cavities of one complete index when the pins are released.
