HMH took advantage of Interpack 2023 to present its latest development, the SYPRO ProdLift.

SYPRO ProdLift - Product Sorter with collaborative Robot

Different target positions can be quickly set up with the HMH Sypro-ProdLift. At the same time, the collaborative robot greatly reduces the surface to be cleaned. The IP 67 (waterproof) protected arm can be lowered to a comfortable cleaning height for the operators.

The sorting linear vibratory conveyor can be placed behind the machine in almost any way. Thanks to the 6-axis robot, different target positions can be easily reached. The collaborative Arm moves at a controlled speed to the programmable target position. It is possible to use the device for a wide variety of machines in the back in and in some cases even in the front of the blister machine.

On the way, the arm is immediately and safely stopped when touched. The arm is safety designed and specified for the collaborative use with humans.

The sorting delivers 6000 oblongs/min. with a length of 14mm. With smaller products, the maximum sorting capacity increases significantly.
