Vibratory Linear Bulk Product Conveyer

The Sypro® linear bulk product conveyer utilizes a vibratory linear conveyer to pre-feed products from a stainless steel bulk hopper to the Sypro® format tray.

HMH offers two versions of linear conveyers: conveyers with or without breakage elimination.

The Sypro® linear bulk product conveyer with breakage elimination consists of two consecutive conveyers. The first serves to provide the second conveyer with a constant, single-layered tablet flow. In the second vibratory linear conveyer the products run evenly distributed over a perforated plate where most of the breakage fragments are eliminated before they reach the Sypro® format tray.
     

Broken products that are too short fall through the holes and are collected in a breakage container. The whole products cannot tip over due to the counter plate and continue to run into the Sypro® format tray. This increases the productivity of the entire feeder system since breakage bits can cause interferences.
